Yes, I am talking about myself in that post title! I am not getting any younger and I know it. I know for a fact that changing my lifestyle is now a must if I don't want to get sick in the near future. I have ideas on how to but how can I actually make that a reality?
Eat healthy meals, exercise more, sleep more than 4-5 hours a day... what else?
I wish there's a miracle pill that can make a person healthy with just a dose of it.
