7 days to go!

And if you haven't figured it out, I am talking about Christmas. 7 more days to go, baby!

Are you ready for the big day?

I am not yet done with my Christmas shopping. I've yet to get something for my dad and my siblings. Plus there are some more stuff that I want done before then.

So many things to do, so little time! It seems to me that during the holidays, 24 hours are not enough. Don't you think?

I hope you are more prepared than I am.

Book Friend

When my sister and I went to Thailand last August, one of the first things I checked out was the nearest bookstore. The one above called Book Friend was just a few blocks away from the hotel where we stayed at.

I got a kick out of seeing popular titles with Thai translations like the following...

I have more photos of bestsellers translated into Thai as well as their local paperbacks. I had a blast just going around that Thai bookstore.

RT: No Strings Attached

I felt like I was back at the age of 29 while reading this mini novel No Strings Attached by Mina V. Esguerra. It was so kilig! Cute light romance that made me smile the whole time I was reading it.

It's definitely a happy (rainy) day for me ;)

RT/WW: Get together with friends

I miss my friends so much! I never get to see them regularly but for three girls whom I consider my best friends (Jing, Mika and Tim). Actually now, I do get to see Jing and Tim only because Mika is already living in Chicago.

I hope to see them again soon!

Even though we've changed and we're all finding our own place in the world, we all know that when the tears fall or the smile spreads across our face, we'll come to each other because no matter where this crazy world takes us, nothing will ever change so much to the point where we're not all still friends.
