Moments of Solitude

I plan to focus more on myself this year. No, nothing grand or anything. I just plan on focusing on my health and fitness. I also plan to do some traveling in the latter part of the year. I owe this to myself. I am turning 35 this year and I believe I am entitled to some fun, right?

And I need to be alone, away from everybody and everything. I need it.

Just to hear my thoughts and know myself more.

Fantastic Monday!

It's another Monday, people! And instead of feeling gloomy due to the weather and the lack of avalanche of work, I am choosing to start the work week with a slightly altered attitude... not too positive but definitely far from negative.

Dear Me, Stay cool!

I worry a lot. That's already a fact! I worry when things in my life don't go as planned. I cannot move forward right away when that happens.

So the image above is a perfect reminder for me to stay cool. And it's right, you know. When plan A or B don't work, there are so many other letters that can work out for us.

Hello 2013!!!

It's the first day of the new year 2013 and I am truly praying with everything in my heart that this year will be better in all aspects of my life. I want to make this year MY YEAR, the beginning of a new life for me.
